We work from a home studio based at North Avoca.
How do I book my flowers?
It's a very easy process.
1. Contact us and we can arrange a time to meet and discuss your wedding flower requirements.
2. After our meeting we will send you an obligation free quote. If you decide to go ahead, a $100 deposit is required to secure your date.
3. A month prior to your wedding date, we will contact you with a list of the final order. Once you have confirmed this we will place our orders with suppliers. The final payment is due at this time.
4. And finally, we will turn up on your wedding day with your beautiful flowers.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It's best to have your bridal party attire organised before booking a consultation, so that we can work within your colours and style. Anywhere between 3 and 12 months is adequate.
What flowers do I need?
There are no set rules when it comes to your wedding flowers and it is purely up to you what you would like to order. Some things to consider are: what flowers you would like for you and your bridal party, are there any close family or friends that will require a buttonhole or corsage, and will you need any arrangements for the ceremony and/or reception?
Will the flowers I want be available?
Please refer to the flower availability page to see what is available to you. Please keep in mind that it is a guide only, and availability can be affected by seasonal changes.
How much do wedding flowers cost?
This depends on a number of things: what flowers you choose, the size of the arrangement, what type of arrangement is required and how many of them are needed . Each bride has different requirements so quotes are done on an individual basis.
Do I need to bring anything to our consultation?
We love to look at all of your wedding details so that we can better understand the theme you are trying to acheive on your day. Bring in anything that may influence the style of your wedding flowers, eg: photos you have found of flower arrangements you like, colours that you would like to incorporate,a theme of your wedding that you are trying to fit in with, or the dress styles and colours that you and your bridal party are wearing.
How do I pay for my flowers?
We accept cash, direct deposit, or credit card (there is a 2.5% surcharge for credit card payments).
How do we get our flowers on the wedding day? Do we pick them up or do you deliver?
If you would prefer to pick up your flowers from our studio, we will arrange a time that suits you. However with so much preparation on the day of a wedding, it is usually easier if we deliver your flowers to you. A delivery charge may apply depending on how far away you are located from our studio.
If we order flowers for the ceremony or reception, who sets those up?
We are happy to deliver and set up your wedding venues. Depending on what work needs to be completed on site, there may be a set up fee.
